Just one bill???? I dislike all insurance bills, especiallly since all you do is pay out, and when you have a claim, they argue with you about paying it. So I would have to say, wind, flood, home owner's insurance. Like I've said you'll pay more in insurance for your home than the actually cost of your home.

I really wish that I could answer that honestly, but the fact of the matter is I don't really have any. I guess thats the best thing about having nothing, no bills goes with it!

it would have to be taxes, this is the only bill that signifies that you could absolutely never own your own home

Electricity. I don't feel I get any real value from the electricity yet they keep hiking the rates.

Last one was a 21% hike which brings our effective kWh rate to 16.5c each.

I hate National Grid with a burning passion. I hope the regulatory pendulum swings back and fucks National Grid big time.

Put it this way, I think it's going to. Protesters have been showing up at PUC meetings lately.

My most hated bill would be insurance, you pay and pay, and when its time for them to pay for a claim, well you suddenly become a circus act, jumping through hoops of fire and such. And most of the time you end up getting burned.
